Image/Plot Resize

The browser display is divided into three panels: control, image,
and plot panels. Image and plot sizes can be adjusted by
resizing the browser window or the individual panel sizes.
Image Type Selection:

The image area displays the "average image" or the "median image"
of multiple image planes with the median image being the default.

To alternate the display between an average image and an median
image, use the radio button for "Median"/"Average".

The specific image range for averaging or computing median can be
specified by "center plane number" and "number of planes"
via the input fields, slider, or the various increment/decrement
buttons.
Plane Averaging Computation:
Image Cursor Mode:

The action taken when createing a box by clicking and dragging
the cursor on the image is set by either "Image Zoom"
or "Wavelength Plot" selections.

When "Image Zoom" is selected, the area inside the box will be
zoomed to fill the image display area.

When "Wavelength Plot" is selected, the wavelength plot will be
produced by averaging all the pixels inside the box area in
each plane. Plane numbers are converted to wavelength and
the plot is shown in the bottom panel.
Zoom and Reset buttons:

Coarse image zoom steps are available via the image zoom and reset
buttons.

Plot zoom-in is available by dragging a box shape on the plot to
define a plot zoom area.

plot zoom-out and reset is available via the zoom out and reset
buttons.
